CorbinPartners’ reply evidence assists the Court in the Pampered Chef matter

An expert report by Dr. Ruth Corbin was submitted in a Federal Court decision related to Pampered Chef “Happy Spoon” marks and alleged trademark infringement (Loblaws Inc. v. Columbia Insurance Company, 2019 FC 961).  Dr. Corbin’s reply evidence dealt with the reliability and validity of a Loblaw survey used to assess whether Pampered Chef marks are confusing with Loblaw’s PC marks.  For more information, click here.
