CorbinPartners’ survey evidence assists Federal Court with Captain Morgan matter
Consumer survey evidence from CorbinPartners assisted the Federal Court in a decision related to trademark infringement of the trade dress of Captain Morgan rum (Diageo Canada Inc v Heaven Hill Distilleries Inc).
